By using TweetReplier, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using TweetReplier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

TweetReplier is a Chrome extension that uses AI to generate Twitter/X replies, tweets, and articles based on your preferences and input.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TweetReplier
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• We limit accounts to 3 concurrent active sessions for security

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use TweetReplier to:

• Generate spam, harassment, or abusive content
• Violate Twitter's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Generate illegal, harmful, or discriminatory content
• Circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models

Important: You are solely responsible for the content you generate and post. TweetReplier provides tools; you control how they're used.

5. Subscription & Payment

• Free Tier: 20 generations/month, no credit card required
• Paid Tiers: Billed monthly via Polar, cancel anytime
• Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available within 7 days of initial purchase
• Usage Limits: Limits reset on your billing date, unused credits don't roll over

6. API Keys

If you use your own OpenRouter API key:

• You're responsible for API costs charged by OpenRouter
• Your API key is stored locally in your browser, we never see it
• You're subject to OpenRouter's terms and usage policies

7. Content Ownership

• Your Content: You own all content you generate using TweetReplier
• Our Service: We retain rights to the TweetReplier software and service
• Quality Analysis: Generated replies may be analyzed to improve AI quality (opt-out available)

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Features may change, be added, or removed with notice

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers

TweetReplier is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee:

• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free
• Generated replies will increase engagement or followers
• Service will meet your specific requirements
• Third-party services (OpenRouter, Twitter) will remain available

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetReplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or extension notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with US law.
